A Central Huron Woman And A Goderich Man Are Charged

Two people each face a manslaughter charge, stemming from a death investigation in Central Huron.

OPP laid the charge late this week, in addition to drug and court-related charges brought against them in late May.

Police and paramedics responded to a man in medical distress at a home on Cut Line Road on May 26th, to find 42 year-old David Spies dead at the scene.

The manslaughter charges were laid against 27 year-old Kayla Field of Central Huron and 28 year-old Brandon Weitzel of Goderich, who were scheduled for a Court appearance Friday.
