A 54-year-old Kincardine man was charged with impaired driving yesterday (June 5), following a roadside stop on Hwy 21.
South Bruce OPP say they stopped the vehicle just after 8 p.m., and following investigation, police arrested the driver for impaired operation and transported to their detachment for further tests.
He was charged with:
- Operation while impaired by alcohol
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration 80 plus
- Operation while prohibited
He is required to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice - Walkerton, on June 26, 2019 to answer to the charges.
