Exeter Woman Charged With Drug Impaired Driving

OPP laid the charge in Goderich after finding a driver slumped over in the front seat of a vehicle

An Exeter woman has received a 90-day licence suspension and her vehicle has been impounded by Huron OPP, after a driver was charged with drug impairment.

Police and paramedics recently responded to a person slumped over in the driver's seat of a vehicle in a Goderich parking lot.

OPP say they charged the driver, and further evaluation confirmed she had a drug in her system.

The 41 year-old will speak to the charge in Goderich Court on June 17th.
