Huron County and its nine municipalities can achieve much more working together than individually, when it comes to fostering the local economy.
That's what Goderich Council heard from the County's Director of Economic Development, during a presentation Monday.
Cody Joudry says he's sharing the County's way of attracting business and industry, in his tour of all nine municipalities.
He says it's important to relay the County's economic development priorities, and get ideas and suggestions on ways to improve how things are done.
Joudry says communication between the upper and lower tiers is key to pushing Huron ahead economically.
He says the County can't be all things to all people, and it's good that municipal economic development departments can develop their own approaches to improving their economies.
