South Bruce OPP Arrest Drunk Driver

Police were alerted after a call came in from a concerned citizen

A 53 year old Edmonton Man has been charged with impaired driving after South Bruce OPP were alerted to a driver on the shoulder of Highway 21 in Kincardine, before 2:00 a.m., on  Saturday, April 27.      

Officers say they observed the driver showing signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and transported to detachment for further tests.   

He was charged with Operation while impaired by alcohol and drugs and Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration 80 plus.

The driver is required to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice - Walkerton, on May 15, 2019.
