South Bruce OPP look for tips to aid investigation.

Provincial Police are trying to identify suspects after a break and enter at a laundromat in Walkerton.

South Bruce OPP say on Tuesday officers were called to investigate a break-in at Walkerton Coin Wash Laundromat on Colborne Street after unknown suspects forcibly entered the business.

Police say the break-in happened sometime between 11 p.m. on Tuesday night and 8 a.m. on Wednesday morning.

OPP say the suspects made off with a large amount of cash, mainly coins, and caused significant damage to the laundromat's change machine, washers and dryers.

Police say the total theft value is approximately $6,000.

OPP ask any merchants or banks in the region to be wary when accepting large amounts of change.

Anyone with information relating to this incident is asked to call South Bruce OPP or Crime Stoppers.
