Arrest Warrant in Alleged Hanover Convenience Store Robbery

Justin Dart wanted by police.

Hanover Police have identified a suspect in a recent convenience store robbery.

Police say 28-year-old Justin Dart of no fixed address is wanted in relation to the March 25 incident at the Circle K Convenience Store on 10th Street in Hanover.

Police say investigation determined a lone male suspect came into the store through the front entrance, brandished a firearm and immediately demanded money from the staff member.

After receiving a small amount of cash, police say the suspect fled the scene on foot.

No one was injured.

A search of the area was completed with the assistance of the Ontario Provincial Police Emergency Response Team and their K9 Unit.

Hanover Police say the search resulted in evidence being located in a nearby yard. 

Justin Dart is wanted on charges of armed robbery, wearing a disguise, using an imitation firearm while committing an offence and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

Anyone who knows Dart's location or has information to help find him is asked to contact Hanover Police or Crime Stoppers.
