Man Refused Service at LCBO Charged with Impaired Driving

Orangeville Police were called by an employee of the LCBO on Broadway Tuesday evening.

A quick thinking LCBO staff member is credited with helping to keep a suspected impaired driver off the street.

Tuesday March 26th, just after 8 pm, Orangeville Police were called by an employee of the LCBO on Broadway.

A man had gone into the store and tried to make a purchase, but he was refused service.

He left the store and drove off, but staff gave police a description of the vehicle and they tracked him down on Willoughby Road .

28 year old Braydon Cowen of Caledon has been charged with several offences including impaired driving, and having an open container of liquor in the vehicle.
