With the warm weather here, police are reminding you to watch for slow-moving vehicles.
This includes farm vehicles -- which occupy large portions of the roadway -- as well as horse-drawn buggys.
The warning was prompted by two crashes this month in West Region OPP territory, involving vehicles and horse-drawn vehicles.
OPP are reminding drivers of slow-moving vehicles to have them properly marked, and for trailing motorists to slow down when approaching a slow-moving vehicle.
Passing farm machinery or horse-drawn vehicles must be made to the left only.
Operators of farm equipment or horse-drawn vehicles are required to have two white lamps to the front and one red lamp to the rear when operating one half-hour after sunset to one half-hour before sunrise.
