Wasaga Beach councillors are set to talk about places for a new library and arena at a meeting on Thursday.
The Committee of the Whole meeting is set for 1 P.M.
On the agenda is a staff report on locations that are being looked at for a possible library site.
Staff have looked at 13 sites including expansion at the current library property on Glenwood Drive and at three combined properties at 128, 138 and 140 Main Street.
The other 11 sites are on privately owned land and because of that, will be discussed behind closed doors.
The committee is being asked by staff to provide direction of which sites it wants to see further evaluated.
The current library ranked 10 out of 13 while the Main Street location came in 4th out 13 ranked by staff.
Councillors will also look at a staff report on possible places for a twinpad arena.
Staff have looked at Lyon's Court and Ramblewood Drive, the Sports Park and staying at the current Wasaga Stars arena site, as well as private land near possible library sites.
The committee is being asked to give staff a shortlist of locations to further evaluate, following closed session talks.
