Four men face charges after police carried out a search warrant at a west side Owen Sound residence.
City police say investigation revealed a 38-year-old man who was recently convicted of domestic violence related offences, was breaching his probation order by again associating with his victim at her residence.
Police obtained a warrant to search the west side residence, after they say the victim was unwilling to cooperate and denied to officers the offender's presence in her home.
Owen Sound Police say the offender was subsequently located hiding inside of the home along with another man who was wanted by the Saugeen Shores Police Service.
The man wanted by Saugeen Shores Police was on a court ordered curfew to remain inside a Port Elgin residence 24 hours a day.
Police say a third man, 38, wanted on various charges including assault causing bodily harm, escaping custody, theft and being unlawfully in a dwelling house was also located at the west side residence.
An arrest warrant was also carried out on a fourth man of no fixed address who was also at the residence. Police say he allegedly failed to comply with a probation order.
Owen Sound Police say additional charges have been filed against all four males pertaining to their failure to comply with various court orders including recognizance of bail conditions and probation orders.
All four men remain in custody pending court appearances scheduled for tomorrow.
