The nasty weather system that dumped snow on Grey and Bruce counties yesterday, led to a number of issues for drivers.
Grey County OPP say officers were called to eight incidents where vehicles left the roadway and ended up in the ditch.
Police say, fortunately, no one was injured.
In wake of the rash of accidents, OPP are reminding motorists to drive according to current weather and road conditions.
Police say winter driving means reduced visibility and traction, and advise to take several steps to stay in control of your vehicle.
OPP ask drivers to ensure all the windows of your vehicle are clear of snow and ice, reduce your speed, leave extra space between vehicles and avoid any sudden braking, accelerating or steering.
Also, always drive with headlights and tail lights turned on.
