Police Investigate Fail to Remain Collision

Orangeville | by Jill Young

Orangeville Police say only one of two drivers went to report a collision, they're looking for the other driver.

Police in Orangeville are investigating a fail to remain collision.

It happened at C Line and Diane Drive on Saturday January 19th around 3:45 pm.

A minivan was hit by an SUV at the intersection and thankfully there were no injuries.

The drivers were told to go speak with an officer at the Orangeville Police office, and the van driver went and did that, but the other driver did not.

Police say they are looking for a man in his 50s driving a black Cadillac SRX, which had license plates that weren't registered to that vehicle.

The licence plate that was attached to the black Cadillac SRX was CBRE 275.

He had a scruffy long blond/ginger beard and was wearing a red and yellow jacket and a red winter toque.
