The Owen Sound Attack have dealt overage forward Kevin Hancock to the London Knights in exchange for 17-year-old blueliner Andrew Perrott and Sudbury's third-round pick in the 2019 OHL Priority Selection.
Perrott, a 6-foot, 200-pound defenceman, had five assists and 21 penalty minutes in 22 games for the Knights this season.
The 17-year-old is expected to make his Attack debut when they take on the Kitchener Rangers tonight.
In the 2017-18 campaign, Perrott put up four goals and five assists in 62 games for London.
Hancock, 20, is enjoying his best offensive season in the OHL with 62 points (31G, 31A) in 37 games with the Attack.
The Mississauga native currently sits third in the league scoring race. He departs the Attack after amassing 99 goals and 147 assists over parts of five seasons, after first appearing with the club in 2014-15.
