A man from the Hamilton area faces a laundry-list of charges, after an arrest in Petrolia.
Lambton OPP say a motorist tipped them off to an aggressively-driven vehicle in the Plank Road-Petrolia Line area of St. Clair Township on Sunday afternoon.
They add that the vehicle -- reported stolen in Sarnia earlier in the day -- later crashed into a hydro pole on Greenfield Street in Petrolia.
OPP say the driver then made a run for it, and led officers across a golf course and through a creek before he was arrested.
A 54 year-old Dundas man faces eight charges including possession of stolen property over $5,000, dangerous driving, impaired driving, flight from police and fail to remain.
