Housing will be one of the priorities for Goderich Mayor John Grace, heading into 2019.
Grace tells Country 104.9 News he is hoping to expand residential development in Canada's Prettiest Town next year.
In 2014, Goderich swapped a portion of land with Central Huron, between Dechert Road and west of Highway 21.
Shortly after, Fusion Homes announced they would develop homes on 40 of the land's 200 acres.
Grace says Goderich is "challenged when it comes to residential inventory."
Meantime, councillors will have to decide by January 22nd whether to opt-in to the province's terms on allowing cannabis storefronts.
