It is the biggest agriculture event in Grey Bruce.
The 53rd annual Grey Bruce Farmers Week begins Thursday January 3rd and runs until Wednesday January 9th at the Elmwood Community Centre.
The 7-day agricultural conference will feature a different topic with keynote speakers and presentations each day.
The order this year will be different from last year's event. It will go: dairy, goat, sheep, horse, beef, crops, and ecological.
Coordinator Lorie Smith says they try to have topics every year that are current.
She says they also try to strive for actionable topics where farmers can go home and implement some of things that was discussed that day.
Smith says there has been a lot of technology being used for farming such as tractors equipped with GPS.
She says they are seeing more and more technology driving the industry.
Grey Bruce Farmer's Week will once again be livestreamed over the internet.
Smith says their mandate is to ensure that their material gets to as many farmers and producers out there.
She says by livestreaming the events, people can learn from some of the speakers at event no matter where they are in world.
