The Huron County Health Unit is promoting a province-wide contest to help you kick smoking, and possibly win some cash.

The "wouldurather" contest encourages young adults to quit smoking, cut back on their smoking, or stay smoke-free for the chance to win cash prizes.

Contestants can win prizes for stopping smoking altogether, cutting back the number of cigarettes consumed, stopping the use of cigarettes while consuming alcohol, or simply continuing to be tobacco-free.

Up to $2,500 in cash prizes is available for contestants between 18-29 years old.

Contest registration closes January 27th, 2019, and closes March 10th.
