Numerous Mailboxes Damaged In Goderich

OPP say a dozen cases of damaged mailboxes have been reported since October 24th.

OPP are investigating, after a number of community mail boxes in Goderich were damaged.

Police say a dozen cases have arisen since October 24th of attacks on apartment building mailboxes, along with community boxes.

Four cases have been reported, this week.

Officers say they have investigated an additional three cases of reported theft of parcels from residential mail boxes.

Mail boxes on Brimicombe Crescent, Balvina Drive, Bethune Crescent, Beilby Street, Warren Street, Bennett Street, Huckins Street and Mitchell Street have been the reported targets.

OPP recommend having parcels delivered to your workplace, if you do not plan to be home during the day.

Anyone with information on the vandalized mailboxes is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
