Kincardine Mayor Seeks Re-Election.

Anne Eadie files papers for the October Municipal vote.

Kincardine Mayor Anne Eadie has submitted the necessary documentation to run for re-election in the upcoming municipal election, which will take place this October.

Eadie says she has the right blend of experience, vision, and enthusiasm to provide leadership to the new council and staff.

She says she is proud of progress made towards getting natural gas services for Kincardine residents, the beginning of the Major Component Replacement (MCR) project at Bruce Power, and says she is excited to see what the next 4 years will hold.

Eadie tells us that economic development will be her main focus if re-elected. She also tells us that setting a reasonable tax rate for residents is important to her.

She says she will reveal more about her platform once the nomination period is over at the end of the summer.

Anne Eadie has served one term as Deputy Mayor and one term as Mayor in the Municipality of Kincardine.
