UPDATE: Stolen Pick Up Truck Recovered In Cambridge

Barrie | by Ian MacLennan

Barrie police say stolen pick up is connected to a theft at a local business.

A pick up truck swiped from a driveway on Garabaldi Drive in Barrie in the early hours of June 4th has been found abandoned in Cambridge, and police believe the vehicle is connected to a break and enter at a nearby business on Mapleview Drive.

Police say $10,000 in merchandise was stolen from Power Up Gaming.

Surveillance video shows two males loading up a white cargo van.

That van was located shortly after with a damaged ignition, on the same street where the pick up was swiped.

Police say the van was stolen from Bay City Kia on King Street.
