The Progressive Conservatives have won a majority government in the Ontario election and the next premier will be Doug Ford.
Simcoe County went Tory blue from top to bottom, and the races weren't even close.
Jill Dunlop won in Simcoe North.
She says a big focus for her will be the trades, as Dunlop comes from a small business family.
Doug Downey won in Barrie Springwater Oro Medonte and he says the outcome of vote means Ontario is open for business and it is time to turn the economy around.
Andrea Khanjin won in Barrie Innisfil, knocking off Liberal incumbent Ann Hoggarth.
Jim Wilson was easily handed yet another election win in Simcoe Grey.
He says there are huge needs in the riding, in particular new hospitals for Collingwood and Alliston.
Wilson says his job will be to convince his own party to make sure the government follows through, and they need to find another $13.5 million dollars each to get through the five stage process of planning.
