Acadie-Bathurst won the 100th edition of the Memorial Cup blanking the tournament host Regina Pats 3-0 in the Championship Final.

Goaltender Evan Fitzpatrick stopped 28 shots to post the shutout.

Overage defenceman Adam Holwell opened the scoring for the Titan while Samuel Asselin & Ethan Crossman ( into an empty net ) had the other markers.

While Fitzpatrick got the shutout & victory, the bigger story was Regina rookie Max Paddock who kept the Pats in the game, stopping 41 shots including an onslaught in the 2nd period.

Sam Steel of Regina claimed both the Stafford Smythe Trophy as tournament MVP as well as the Ed Chynoweth Trophy as leading scorer.
