It was a quiet April for real estate transactions in our area.
296 re-sale homes and properties changed hands, down 34 percent from this time last year, continuing the trend so far this year.
190 of those properties were sold in the area from Wasaga Beach through Clearview and over to Meaford. The rest in the area from Elmvale to Midland.
The Southern Georgian Bay Association of Realtors says there is a historically low number of properties available for sale this spring, however that hasn't increased prices.
