A homelessness survey is being conducted this week in Grey and Bruce counties.
Friday, April 27th is the last day to take part.
County officials say information will be used to determine the needs of the individuals so that adequate, cost-effective services can be established locally.
They're asking those who are homeless to fill out a 15 minute questionnaire.
In Bruce, the sites are Bruce County Housing, Kincardine Resource Centre, Port Elgin Resource Centre, Peninsula Hub Resource Centre, Salvation Army, the Green House in Wiarton, and the Bruce County administration centre.
In Grey, the sites are Safe 'n Sound, OSHARE, the YMCA in Owen Sound, the YMCA and Ontario Works office in Hanover, South Grey Community Mental Health, South East Grey Community Health Centre, the Ontario Works office in Markdale, Southeast Grey Support Services in Flesherton, the Ontario Works office in Dundalk, Victoria Village Resource Centre in Meaford, and the Ontario Works office in Durham.
The program is being funded under the Community Homeless Prevention Initiative.
